Als Internal Sales Support ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze buitendienst, leveranciers en het bedrijf. Je ondersteunt onze vertegenwoordigers met advies, offertes, prijzen en administratieve opvolging, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op hun klanten.

Je denkt niet alleen in oplossingen, maar ook commercieel. Je zoekt naar een evenwicht waarbij de klant correct geholpen wordt, de vertegenwoordiger succesvol kan zijn én de belangen van het bedrijf bewaakt blijven.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van facturen, bonnen en administratieve dossiers.
  • Telefonisch aanspreekpunt voor collega's en leveranciers.
  • Opstellen van offertes en commerciële prijsvoorstellen.
  • Meedenken met vertegenwoordigers en samen zoeken naar de beste oplossing voor klant én bedrijf.
  • Actief kennis delen en collega's ondersteunen zodat iedereen sterker wordt.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je haalt energie uit het ondersteunen van collega's en bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en durft doordachte beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je communiceert helder, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens drie jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Affiniteit met automotive en/of techniek is een mooie troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, kennis van de Franse taal is een grote troef.
