We adviseren de maakindustrie en zoeken naar een optimale samenwerking met productiebedrijven. Als Inside sales support, adviseer je de potentiële klanten en geeft informatie over events, webinars, seminars, etc. Dat zijn bij ons de leads! Geen koude acquisitie, wél commercieel klantcontact! Hoe ziet je werkweek eruit? - 1 dag werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de accountmanagers/sales. - 3 dagen Inside Sales activiteiten. Op termijn krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheden en zal deze verhouding geleidelijk verschuiven. De werkzaamheden die bij de functie horen: - Actief contact leggen met bestaande of nieuwe klanten voor wie ons product of dienst interessant zou kunnen zijn. - Je belt met bedrijven, stelt ze vragen, luistert naar wat er speelt en helpt hen op weg. - Potentiële klanten adviseren in hun oriëntatiefase naar bijvoorbeeld digitalisering. Je geeft ze een handvat hoe ze zich verder kunnen verdiepen. - Vervolg geven aan eerdere contacten met potentiële klanten door contactmomenten in te plannen waarop je hen opnieuw bevraagt - Consultants en accountmanagers ondersteunen bij het opvolgen van leads en het onderhouden van contacten. - Ondersteuning bieden bij administratieve en commerciële werkzaamheden, zoals het opstellen van offertes. - Het gestructureerd in kaart brengen van de markt en potentiële klanten. - Relatiegegevens, contactmomenten en relevante documenten zorgvuldig vastleggen en onderhouden in het CRM-systeem. - Proactief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en leads opvolgen. - Ondersteuning bieden aan de accountmanagers in de buitendienst.
