Het bedrijf is een gespecialiseerde fabrikant van online, automatische analysers en monitoringssystemen die worden gebruikt in een goot aantal milieu- en industriële toepassingen. Elke dag vertrouwen bedrijven en overheden op hun online analysesystemen om hun bedrijfsmiddelen en activiteiten te bewaken en te controleren, om naleving te bereiken, de efficiëntie te verhogen, de kosten te verlagen en de veiligheid te verbeteren. Door verdere groei zijn ze op zoek naar jouw expertise. Dit verhaal start tijdelijk, met kans op verdere verlenging.

Jouw dag zal er als volgt uit zien:

  • Ondersteunen van het "sales team": beoordelen van nieuwe opportuniteiten en klantbehoeften vertalen naar project input
  • Coördineren: offerte aanvragen, specificaties, tekeningen, toepassingen en andere documentatie voor technische beoordeling, om offertes op te stellen
  • Opmaken: offertepakketten en projectoverzichten
  • Opvolgen en bijhouden: goedkeuringen en acties van klanten en interne diensten
  • Fungeren als coördinatiepunt tussen verschillende afdelingen, overdracht naar orderafhandeling waarborgen
  • Ondersteuning bieden: sales enablement, standaardsjablonen, procesdocumentatie en continue verbetering
  • Je behaalde een bachelor diploma, daarnaast deed je al een 3 tal jaren ervaring op in een gelijke functie, met een uitgebreid takenpakket en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en in het Engels, met jouw collega's zal dit in het Nederlands zijn, voertaal binnen het bedrijf is Engels, vanuit andere hoeken zal communicatie schriftelijk in het Engels gebeuren
  • Je bent vlot omweg met het MS Office pakket en hebt alreeds gewerkt met een ERP systeem, van deze programma's zal je dagelijks gebruikmaken
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht, je zal de klanten op verschillende domeinen helpen/bijstaan
  • Je beschikt over een sterk organisatietalent, bij drukkere periodes weet je het overzicht te bewaren en de prioriteiten te bepalen
