Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving actief binnen gebouwtoegang, beveiliging en elektromechanische oplossingen. Vanuit de Belgische organisatie worden complexe projecten ondersteund binnen onder meer healthcare, hospitality en luchthavenomgevingen, waar kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid cruciaal zijn.

Als Inside Sales Expert neem je een centrale rol op binnen tender- en offertetrajecten. Je brengt technische expertise samen met commerciële slagkracht, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat elke aanbieding inhoudelijk sterk, competitief en overtuigend in de markt wordt gezet.

Inside Sales Expert - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je neemt het tendermanagement in handen door aanbestedingen en lastenboeken grondig te analyseren, risico's in kaart te brengen en projectdossiers uit te werken die zowel technisch als commercieel overtuigen.
  • Je bewaakt de coördinatie van offerteprocessen en brengt lokale sales, internationale specialisten en interne stakeholders samen om deadlines en kwaliteitsvereisten consistent te realiseren.
  • Je ontwikkelt sectorgerichte oplossingen voor complexe projecten en vertaalt uiteenlopende belangen van klanten en betrokken partijen naar één geïntegreerd en concurrentieel voorstel.

Inside Sales Expert - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over commerciële ervaring binnen sales of een ondersteunende commerciële functie en haalt energie uit het analyseren, structureren en opvolgen van dossiers.
  • Je combineert taalvaardigheid in Nederlands, Frans en Engels met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden waardoor je vlot schakelt tussen klanten, collega's en internationale teams.
  • Je werkt met een sterk helikopterzicht, behoudt overzicht onder tijdsdruk en denkt proactief mee over oplossingen binnen uitdagende projectomgevingen.
