Als Inspecteur Assetmanagement ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inspecteren van civiele kunstwerken zoals bruggen, tunnels, kades en sluizen. Je beoordeelt de technische staat van deze constructies volgens geldende normen en verwerkt je bevindingen in beheersystemen. Op basis van jouw analyses geef je advies over onderhoudsmaatregelen en stel je meerjarenonderhoudsplannen op. Je werkt met moderne digitale inspectietools en rapportagesoftware. Je bent regelmatig op locatie om inspecties uit te voeren en werkt samen met verschillende technische specialisten en opdrachtgevers om de infrastructuur veilig en toekomstbestendig te houden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - In staat om technische bevindingen helder te rapporteren - Ervaring met inspectie, infrastructuur, civiele techniek of assetmanagement - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en bereidheid om op locatie te inspecteren - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Civiele Techniek - Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid Functieoverzicht .
