De timmerman met de juiste blik die wil doorgroeien naar een mooie functie? Bij KBK Reparatieonderhoud realiseren we zo'n 75.000 reparatieverzoeken per jaar met de focus op kwaliteit en samenwerking. Dat vraagt om een Inspecteur die het overzicht bewaart. Die opnames door de juiste vastlegging en samenwerking écht beter laat lopen. En die sociaal sterk is in de communicatie met onze bewoners. Jouw rol Als Inspecteur heb je een belangrijke rol in het succes van onze opnames. Een goede voorbereiding is het halve werk, je leest je goed in het dossier in en gaat met de juiste apparatuur op pad naar de bewoner(s). Jij doet de opnames van binnengekomen reparatieverzoeken waarbij je onderzoekt hoe het reparatieverzoek is ontstaan en wat de oplossing is om het te herstellen. Achteraf zorg je dat je de werkzaamheden zo duidelijk mogelijk omschrijft met bijbehorende volgorde en planning. Dagelijks stem je de opnames of onderzoeken af met projectbegeleiders, uitvoerder en het KCC (klant contactcentrum). Samen met de andere Inspecteurs draag je zorg voor uniforme werkvoorbereiding die duidelijk en compleet is.
