Goede informatie- en archiefzorg is essentieel om informatie toegankelijk, betrouwbaar en vindbaar te houden. Op basis van de Archiefwet- en regelgeving moeten overheidsorganisaties voldoen aan eisen voor zorgvuldig informatie- en archiefbeheer. De inspecteurs Archief & Informatiebeheer van de afdeling Archiefbeleid van het Haags Gemeentearchief (HGA) houden toezicht op de naleving hiervan. Een belangrijke taak met maatschappelijke impact, waarbij je bijdraagt aan een open en transparante gemeente. Voor ons fijne team van betrokken en vak bevlogen collega's zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Kom jij ons versterken? Wat ga je doen? Informatie vormt het geheugen van de overheid. In deze rol werk je mee aan een open, transparante, betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige gemeente. Als toezichthouder informatie-en archiefbeheer houd je namens de gemeentearchivaris toezicht op de kwaliteit van de informatiehuishouding van Den Haag, Leidschendam-Voorburg en gemeenschappelijke regelingen. Je werkt op het snijvlak van toezicht, informatiebeheer en digitalisering. Samen met de gemeentearchivaris adviseer je over en hou je toezicht op het informatiebeheer van de gemeente. Daarbij: - voer je onderzoeken en inspecties uit; - toets je de informatiehuishouding aan wet- en regelgeving en kwaliteitsnormen; - adviseer je over interpretatie van de archiefwet in relatie tot informatiebeheer, archivering en duurzame toegankelijkheid; - ontwikkel je toezichtmethodieken en inspectieplannen; - signaleer je risico's en verbeterkansen binnen de informatiehuishouding; - rapporteer je bevindingen aan bestuurders, managers en de gemeentearchivaris; - bijdrage leveren aan het jaar...
