Artes Uptech maakt sinds kort deel uit van de Artes familie. Het installatiebedrijf specialiseert zich in technische installaties voor gebouwen, inclusief HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit en data, en maakt daarmee de Artes Group compleet.

Locatie: Oudenburg, met werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen

Jouw speelveld:

Als Installateur HVAC & Sanitair ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van HVAC-installatiesen sanitair op onze uitdagende werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Om betrouwbare installaties op een efficiënte manier te plaatsen, kan je rekenen op een team van 5 à 6 collega’s, jouw ploegbaas en de werfleider. Met jouw kennis en ervaring help je ook de expertise van Artes Uptech als installateur te verbeteren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • In overleg met de ploegbaas of de werfleider organiseer je de werken om deze efficiënt uit te voeren
  • Je streeft naar de meest kwalitatieve uitvoering van de installatiewerken op uitdagende werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen (ziekenhuizen, gevangenissen,…)
  • Je plaatst verwarmings- en koelingsinstallaties zoals gasketels, warmtepompen, cv- en koelleidingen, circulatiepompen, vloerverwarming en start die samen met de meet- en regeltechnieker op
  • Je plaatst ventilatiesystemen inclusief luchtgroepen, ventilatiekanalen en roosters, en regelt die in met de hulp van de meet- en regeltechnieker
  • Je plaatst sanitair zoals toe- en afvoerleidingen, brandleidingen, wastafels en toiletten, regenwaterpompen, sprinklers, e.d.m.
  • In renovatieprojecten demonteer je de oude installaties
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen

Jouw toolbox:

  • Je hebt een relevante technische opleiding gevolgd of hebt reeds ervaring in de sector.
  • Je beschikt over een uitgebreide kennis van HVAC en sanitair.
  • Je kan goed aan de slag met een technisch plan.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig aan het werk.
  • Veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid zijn zaken waar je belang aan hecht.
