The posting

Wil je werken met geavanceerde robots en tegelijk praktisch bezig zijn? In deze job combineer je technische montage met internationale verplaatsingen. Tijdens een uitgebreide opleiding leer je de installaties grondig kennen. Daarna ga je samen met collega's op pad om robots bij klanten te monteren, af te stellen en op te starten.

Je werkt vanuit de regio Izegem en maakt deel uit van een technisch team binnen een groeiend Belgisch technologiebedrijf.

Jobomschrijving

Als installateur robots zorg je ervoor dat robotinstallaties bij klanten correct worden opgebouwd en operationeel zijn.

Concreet:

  • Installaties voorbereiden en controleren of alle onderdelen en materialen aanwezig zijn.
  • Robotonderdelen en het nodige installatiemateriaal laden voor vertrek.
  • Samen met twee collega's naar klanten in België en het buitenland reizen.
  • Robotinstallaties ter plaatse monteren volgens de technische instructies.
  • Onderdelen aansluiten en de installatie correct afstellen.
  • De robot volledig testen en controleren of alle functies correct werken.
  • Technische problemen tijdens de opstart analyseren en samen met collega's naar een oplossing zoeken.
  • Eenvoudige onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uitvoeren wanneer nodig.
  • De uitgevoerde werkzaamheden registreren.

Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde: het ene moment werk je aan de mechanische montage, daarna stel je de robot af of los je een technisch probleem bij de klant op.

De job verloopt voornamelijk tijdens de daguren.

Voor buitenlandse installaties vertrek je meestal op maandagmorgen. Samen met je collega's verblijf je ter plaatse en keer je doorgaans op donderdag of vrijdag terug.

Reken dus op regelmatige meerdaagse verplaatsingen en overnachtingen, voornamelijk in Frankrijk en andere Europese landen.

  • Ervaring als monteur, technieker, installateur of in machinebouw is mooi meegenomen.
  • Technische plannen, schema's en instructies kan je vlot volgen.
  • Mechanische onderdelen monteer je zorgvuldig volgens de voorgeschreven werkwijze.
  • Bij technische problemen ga je stap voor stap op zoek naar de oorzaak en oplossing.
  • Werken met gereedschap, machines en technische installaties spreekt je aan.
  • Tijdens installaties stem je actief af met je collega's.
  • Een rijbewijs B heb je op zak.
  • Meerdaagse opdrachten bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland passen bij wat je zoekt.
