The posting

Over het bedrijf

Je werkt bij een familiebedrijf in Beveren-Leie dat sinds 1997 gespecialiseerd is in zonwering en poorten. Het team bestaat uit 12 medewerkers die werken vanuit een atelier van 600 m² en een eigen toonzaal. Ze zijn officieel verdeler van merken zoals Brustor en plaatsen deze producten bij particulieren in een straal van 30 kilometer rond Waregem.

De werkwijze

Elke dag krijg je een digitale planning waarop je precies ziet welke werven je die dag bezoekt. Je vertrekt vanuit het atelier met een bestelwagen die is ingericht met professionele machines van merken zoals Hilti of Festool. Omdat elk product op maat is gemaakt, werk je dagelijks met verschillende technieken en Somfy-automatisatie.

Het team

Je werkt in een vast duo. Jouw collega heeft jarenlange ervaring en leert je tijdens de eerste weken stap voor stap hoe je de verschillende systemen monteert. De communicatie verloopt via korte lijnen: je hebt direct contact met de zaakvoerder en de planning. Er wordt gewerkt volgens een vaste structuur, zodat iedereen weet wat zijn verantwoordelijkheid is op de werf.

Wat ga je precies doen?

  • Monteren en installeren: Je boort gaten, bevestigt de steunen en hangt de zonwering of poort stevig op. Je werkt hierbij met professioneel elektrisch handgereedschap zoals een krachtige klopboor en een schroefmachine.
  • Technisch afstellen: Je sluit de motoren (vaak van het merk Somfy) aan en stelt de eindpunten in met een afstandsbediening, zodat alles soepel opent en sluit.
  • Veilig werken op hoogte: Je gebruikt een ladder, stelling of soms een hoogwerker om de systemen veilig op de juiste hoogte te monteren.
  • Afwerking en uitleg: Je werkt alles netjes af met silicone. Daarna ruim je de werkplek op en leg je de klant vriendelijk uit hoe de zonwering werkt.

Je krijgt kwalitatief materiaal om je werk goed te doen. Denk aan laser-meetapparatuur voor een perfecte opmeting en modern klimmateriaal dat voldoet aan alle veiligheidseisen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Technisch vaardig: Je hebt ervaring met het gebruik van een (klop)boormachine, vijsmachine en meetlint om onderdelen nauwkeurig te monteren.
  • Rijbewijs B: Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs om zelfstandig of met de bestelwagen naar de werven te rijden.
  • Oog voor detail: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, zodat elke installatie technisch perfect en visueel netjes is afgewerkt.
  • Communicatief: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands om de werking van het product (zoals de afstandsbediening) aan de klant uit te leggen.

  • Stiptheid: Je bent elke dag op het afgesproken uur aanwezig in het atelier in Beveren-Leie om de werkdag gezamenlijk te starten.
