Installatie Beheerder - Amsterdam - min.€ 3.550 tot max.€ 5.200 bruto per maand. - 38 uren per week Voor een grote terminal in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Installatie Werktuigkundige. Als jij het geweldig vind om in een gave industriële omgeving met uitzicht op zee jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, dan is dit je kans! Met een toegewezen budget ga jij door middel van het uitvoeren van onderhouds- en inspectiewerkzaamheden de toegewezen installaties, materieel en faciliteiten aan de gewenste veiligheid, functionaliteit en beschikbaarheid laten voldoen. Werkzaamheden: - Verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks én tactisch beheer van gebouwen, installaties en technische systemen. - Coördineren van onderhoudsactiviteiten, inspecties en storingsafhandeling en bewaken van planning en kwaliteit. - Bewaken van de technische staat van assets en vertalen naar onderhoudsstrategieën en verbeterplannen. - Aansturen van externe partijen, onderhoudsbedrijven en technische dienstverleners. - Beheren van onderhoudsbudgetten en sturen op kostenoptimalisatie en prestatieverbetering. - Analyseren van storingen en trends en vertalen naar structurele verbeteringen in onderhoud en beheer. - Borgen van naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, wet- en regelgeving en interne kwaliteitsstandaarden. - Adviseren van management over investeringen, vervangingen en optimalisatie van technische installaties. - Begeleiden van junior beheerders en optreden als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt binnen het beheerteam.
