In 2015 werd Xeikon onderdeel van Flint Group, een van 's werelds grootste leveranciers aan de grafische en verpakkingsindustrie. Xeikon vormt de basis van Flint Group Digital Printing Solutions, een divisie die digitale en conventionele technologieën combineert en klanten wereldwijd een volledig aanbod van drukapparatuur, verbruiksartikelen en diensten biedt.

Functieoverzicht

We zoeken een installatietechnieker om ons HQ serviceteam te versterken, met als uitvalsbasis Lier, België.

Na een uitgebreide opleiding ben je in de eerste plaats verantwoordelijk voor de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van onze Xeikon-printers bij klanten. Je neemt namens het hoofdkantoor van Xeikon de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor wereldwijde installaties. Je doel is ervoor te zorgen dat onze systemen een uitzonderlijke drukkwaliteit, maximale beschikbaarheid en uitstekende klanttevredenheid leveren.

Je werkt hands-on aan probleemoplossing, onderhoud en systeemoptimalisatie en vertegenwoordigt zo Xeikons streven naar technische uitmuntendheid en betrouwbare service.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Xeikon digitale printers installeren en in bedrijf stellen.
  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren om de betrouwbaarheid en optimale prestaties van de apparatuur te garanderen.
  • Mechanische, elektrische en softwaregerelateerde problemen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met technische tweedelijnsexperts om complexe problemen te analyseren en te escaleren.
  • Serviceactiviteiten, technische bevindingen en feedback van klanten nauwkeurig documenteren.
  • Optreden als een betrouwbare technische adviseur en klanten helpen het beste uit hun Xeikon te halen.
