De organisatie richt zich op het ontwerpen, installeren en onderhouden van technische installaties binnen zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten waardoor er veel praktische montagetaken en servicewerkzaamheden plaatsvinden. In Rotterdam werkt de organisatie met kleine projectteams en monteurs die zowel zelfstandig als in duo's te werk gaan zodat projecten efficiënt en klantgericht worden uitgevoerd.
