De werkzaamheden bestaan uit zowel onderhoud als renovatie en service & maintenance en worden uitgevoerd bij bedrijven, woningen en instellingen. Medewerkers stemmen dagelijks de planning af met werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders en voeren opdrachten zelfstandig of in teamverband uit.
