Als installatieverantwoordelijk beheerder openbare verlichting ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de veiligheid en het beheer van elektrische installaties in de openbare ruimte. Je zorgt ervoor dat de openbare verlichting, verkeerslichten, marktkasten en fonteinen veilig en betrouwbaar functioneren volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving, waaronder NEN-normen. Je voert risicoanalyses en RI&E's uit, stemt arbozaken af met relevante teams en bereidt besluitvorming voor. Daarnaast geef je instructies en voorlichting aan collega's en externe partijen over veilig werken met installaties. Je stelt beheer- en meerjarenplannen op, bepaalt onderhouds- en vervangingsbehoefte en vertaalt deze naar projectuitvragen. Je toetst plannen en projecten en adviseert over duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen. Specifieke taken zijn het actualiseren van het beleid elektrische veiligheid, het opstellen van een nieuwe RI&E en het uitwerken van de vervangingsopgave voor armaturen tot projectuitvragen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Vaardig in het opstellen van beheer- en meerjarenplannen - Ervaring met het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en RI&E's - Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken - Analytisch vermogen en oog voor duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden voor het geven van instructies en voorlichting - Kennis van en ervaring met NEN-normen en wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van elektrische installaties - In het bezit van relevante certificaten voor installatieverantwoordelijkheid Functieoverzicht .
