Bij Royal FloraHolland in Naaldwijk zorg jij als Installatieverantwoordelijke dat installaties veilig en betrouwbaar blijven draaien! Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag op de locatie van Royal FloraHolland in Naaldwijk, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het veilig beheren en onderhouden van de elektrotechnische installaties. Je coördineert onderhoudswerkzaamheden, bepaalt prioriteiten bij storingen en adviseert monteurs, projectteams en de opdrachtgever over technische en veiligheidsvraagstukken. Samen met een team van circa zeventig technische collega's wordt gewerkt aan het beheer en onderhoud van ruim 1,8 miljoen vierkante meter aan gebouwen en technische installaties op de locaties in Naaldwijk, Aalsmeer en Rijnsburg. Hierbij staan veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit centraal. Met jouw technische kennis en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel draag je bij aan een goed functionerende omgeving en denk je actief mee over duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen. Functie-informatie Als Installatieverantwoordelijke Elektrotechniek zorg je ervoor dat de elektrotechnische installaties bij Royal FloraHolland in Naaldwijk veilig en betrouwbaar functioneren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bewaken van de veilige bedrijfsvoering van elektrotechnische installaties en toezien op naleving van de geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Coördineren en laten uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en technische verbeteringen. - Beoordelen van storingen en bepalen van prioriteiten om de continuïteit van de bedrijfsvoering te waarborgen. - Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsprocedures en relevante normen, waaronder NEN 3140 en NEN 1010. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van...
