Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir im Rahmen der ARBEITSPLATZNAHEN QUALIFIZIERUNG (AQUA = verkürzte Lehre von max. 2 Jahren) Persönlichkeiten mit Interesse an GWH-Installationen und bildet Dich am 2. Bildungsweg aus zum_zur 1 Installations-/Gebäudetechniker_in - Gas-/Sanitärtechnik/Heizungstechnik (AQUA-Ausbildung) Du arbeitest bei uns im Unternehmen mit und wirst theoretisch und praktisch auf die Lehrabschlussprüfung vorbereitet.

Unser Ziel ist es, neben Deiner erfolgreichen Absolvierung des Lehrabschlusses, Dich auch fix in unser Haustechnik KOZAR-Team zu integrieren!

Grundlegende Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme am AQUA-Programm:

* Du bist beim Arbeitsmarktservice aktuell gemeldet/vorgemerkt

* Du bist über 18 Jahre alt

* Du hast keine am Arbeitsmarkt verwertbare Ausbildung

Du lernst bei uns:

* Installieren, montieren, prüfen, in Betrieb nehmen und warten von Leitungen und Anlagen zur Versorgung von Wasser, Gas, Wärme, Kälte und Frischluft

* Metallbearbeitung, wie z.B. Bohren, Gewindeschneiden etc.

* Rohrleitungen und Rohrverbindungen herstellen (z.B. Rohrbiegen, Schweißen etc.)

* Rohrschutz montieren (z.B. Rohrisolierungen)

* Installation von Rohrleitungen und Geräten (Sanitäreinrichtungen, Heizungen, Lüftungsanlagen, Armaturen etc.)

* Fehler an Gasgeräten, Abwasser- oder Wasserversorgungsanlagen suchen und beheben

* Druckproben und Druckprüfungen, Dichtheitsprüfungen und Funktionsprüfungen

* Heizungen montieren und prüfen, Heizungen warten und reparieren, Heizungen montieren und prüfen

* Verfassen von abschließenden, technischen Berichten

Deine persönlichen Voraussetzungen:

* Handwerkliche Geschicklichkeit, Gerne mit Werkzeug arbeiten

* Interesse für Technik, Gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

* Mathematisch-rechnerische Fähigkeiten, Logisch-analytisches Denken

* Genauigkeit bei der Arbeit, gute Umgangsformen und Teamfähigkeit

Du wirst im Rahmen der ARBEITSPLATZNAHEN QUALIFIZIERUNG (AQUA) eine verkürzte Lehre und ein betriebliches Praktikum absolvieren. Für die Dauer der Ausbildung erhältst Du weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes und zusätzlich monatlich einen Bildungsbonus.

Dein Ziel ist der Eintritt in ein ordentliches Dienstverhältnis nach Ausbildungsende.

Bei einem ausgelernten Mitarbeiter mit positivem Lehrabschluss beträgt das Einstiegsgehalt ab € 2.500,-- (Brutto/Monat).
