Facility Management

Vollzeit, unbefristet ab sofort Für die vorgesehene Verwendungsgruppe IIIa beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt derzeit bei einer 40-Stunden-Woche € 38.628,80 brutto in der Grundstufe und kann sich eventuell auf Basis der kollektivvertraglichen Vorschriften durch die Anrechnung tätigkeitsspezifischer Vorerfahrungen erhöhen.

Aufgabenbereich:

* Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten im Bereich der sanitär-, heizungs-, klima- und lüftungstechnischen Anlagen zur Sicherstellung des laufenden Gebäudebetriebes

* Abarbeitung diverser Störungen gegebenenfalls in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Gebäudetechniker_innen

* Eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Kontrolle und Rundgänge der Haustechnikbereiche, Fluchtwege, Brandschutzeinrichtungen etc.

* Kleinere Adaptierungsarbeiten an Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen im Zuge von Umbaumaßnahmen

* Erstellung und Abarbeitung von Wartungslisten

* Dokumentation der Wartungen und Kontrolle von Brandschutzklappen, Notduschen, Laborabzügen usw.

* Kontrolle und Prüfung der Leistungen externer Firmen

* Mitwirkung an der Rufbereitschaft der Abteilung Facility Management

Voraussetzungen:

* Matura oder mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossene Lehre als Installations- und Gebäudetechniker_in im Bereich HKLS
