* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Instandhaltung oder im Anlagenbetrieb

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Umsetzung komplexer Projekte

* Kenntnisse in Maintenance-Prozessen und Instandhaltungsstrategien von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, detailorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kund_innen- und Serviceorientierung

* Freude an Innovation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 %

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Aufbau und Implementierung von Instandhaltungsteams bei internationalen Kundenanlagen

* Entwicklung und Einführung notwendiger Instandhaltungsprozesse, Tools und Standards

* Koordination aller Ramp-Up-Aktivitäten wie Trainings, Health & Safety, Risk Assessments und Equipment-Planung

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Instandhaltungsstrategien und Reporting-Strukturen

* Umsetzung globaler Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Standardisierung von Prozessen

* Durchführung von Audits an Resident-Maintenance-Standorten

* Unterstützung der globalen Maintenance-Organisation bei der Weiterentwicklung der Maintenance-Philosophie

* Begleitung und Unterstützung neuer Instandhaltungsleiter bei der Einarbeitung

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Unternehmens sowie mit Kunden und Partnern
