Wir analysieren, überwachen, bewerten, forschen und kommunizieren 365 Tage im Jahr.

Für den sicheren Betrieb unserer Bürogebäude, Labore und Hochsicherheitslabore (BSL-3/BSL-3+) suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Facility Managements in Mödling eine:n 1 Instandhaltungstechniker:in - Lüftungs- und Gebäudetechnik (w/m/d) Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung technischer Anlagen mit Schwerpunkt Lüftungs-, Klima- und Gebäudetechnik

* Betreuung komplexer Lüftungs- und Druckhaltungssysteme in Büro-, Labor- und Hochsicherheitsbereichen (BSL-3/BSL-3+)

* Durchführung von Funktionskontrollen sowie Unterstützung bei Optimierungen technischer Anlagen

* Durchführung von H14-Filterkontrollen, Filterwechseln und Unterstützung bei Begasungen.

* Koordination und Betreuung externer Wartungs- und Servicefirmen

* Unterstützung bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer technischer Anlagen

* Einholung von Angeboten sowie Organisation und Bestellung von Ersatzteilen

* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Unterstützung im technischen Bereitschaftsdienst

* Wöchentliche Kontrollgänge mit Fokus auf den sicheren Betrieb der haustechnischen Anlagen

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre/Fachschule) im Bereich HKLS, Gebäudetechnik, Lüftungstechnik, Anlagenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen

* Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Lüftungstechnik; Erfahrung mit Reinraum- oder Labortechnik von Vorteil

* Grundkenntnisse in der Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT/MSR) von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten

* Führerschein Klasse B sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Angebot

* Dienstort 2340 Mödling, Robert-Koch-Gasse 17 ; Vollzeit (37,5h); Anstellungsbeginn: nach Vereinbarung

Die Einstufung erfolgt gemäß dem AGES Kollektivvertrag. Das kollektivvertragliche Bruttojahresgehalt liegt bei Vollzeit zwischen 47.409,60 Euro (F3/1) und 54.986,20 Euro (F3/12), mit der Möglichkeit zur Überzahlung. Die Zielstufe für diese Position ist F3.
