Für unser Werk in Enns suchen wir dich als Instandhaltungstechniker mit Fachkenntnis in Elektrik (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben In deiner Rolle als Instandhaltungstechniker erwartet dich ein spannendes und abwechslungsreiches Tätigkeitsfeld. Du wirst Teil eines engagierten Teams, das gemeinsam daran arbeitet, unsere Produktionsanlagen in einem optimalen Zustand zu halten und so einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicherzustellen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen: Durchführung von Reparaturen im Wechselschichtbetrieb die Umsetzung von Wartungen gemäß Wartungsplänen Instandhaltungsaufgaben innerhalb der Produktion, sowohl mechanisch als auch elektrisch um Störungen schnell und effektiv zu beheben Auswechseln von Verschleißteilen nach Vorgabe Unterstützung bei interner Umrüstung von Maschinen und Anlagen um Produktionsprozesse zu optimieren Dein Profil Mit deinem technischen Know-How und deiner Leidenschaft für Instandhaltung trägst du aktiv dazu bei, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern. Du überzeugst durch abgeschlossene, fachspezifische Ausbildung wie Elektroniker/in oder Elektriker/in für Betriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (LAP) idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung mit, aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen Gute technische Fähigkeiten und Verständnis für technische und elektrische Schaltpläne Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Teamplayer-Qualitäten Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert 2-Schichtbereitschaft für Früh- und Spätschicht - von ca. 03:30 bis 12:30 bzw. 12:00 bis 20:00 - die frühen Startzeiten werden durch attraktive Nachtzuschläge ausgeglichen Bereitschaft an aktuell ca. 2 Samstagen im Monat zu arbeiten Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Unser Angebot Wir bieten dir ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien und einer Unternehmenskultur, die auf Vertrauen, Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit basiert.
