Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen om hier een goede CNC-technieker te worden. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en wordt stap voor stap begeleid bij het instellen en bedienen van moderne CNC-machines. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid, oog voor detail en gevoel voor kwaliteit leer je de job op je eigen tempo onder de knie te krijgen. Je komt terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving met een hecht team waar collega's elkaar helpen en waar je op lange termijn kan blijven groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leert CNC-draaibanken met meerdere assen instellen, bedienen en opvolgen
  • Je leert werken aan de hand van technische tekeningen en productieplannen
  • Je controleert de afmetingen en kwaliteit van de geproduceerde stukken
  • Je voert metingen uit en merkt afwijkingen of fouten tijdig op
  • Je leert machine-instellingen aanpassen wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel volgens de juiste specificaties wordt geproduceerd
  • Je houdt je werkplek ordelijk en veilig
  • Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en kan bij vragen steeds bij hen terecht
  • Na je opleiding groei je stap voor stap naar een zelfstandige rol binnen de productie

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of interesse in techniek en metaalbewerking
