FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en instellen van verschillende plaatbewerkingsmachines.

Je volgt de productie op, grijpt in waar nodig en bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiedoelstellingen

Voor een metaalbedrijf te Maldegem zijn wij nog op zoek naar een enthousiast insteller.

Jouw takenpakket?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en instellen van diverse plaatbewerkingsmachines.
  • Je houdt de werking van machines nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt in waar nodig om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid en kwaliteit in het werk en streeft de vooropgezette productiedoelstellingen na.
  • Met jouw expertise coach en motiveer je operatoren, zodat zij hun talenten maximaal kunnen benutten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en neemt enthousiast deel aan optimalisatieprojecten binnen de afdeling.
  • Indien de planning dit vereist, voer je ook zelf productietaken uit.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamleader.

PROFIEL Wie ben je?

  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid in je rol.
  • Je communiceert vlot en gaat goed om met mensen, zeker wanneer het gaat om coachen en begeleiden op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond (minstens A2 mechanica of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Kennis van CNC-machines is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent enthousiast, gemotiveerd en wil een echte voorbeeldfunctie opnemen.
  • Je bent flexibel, communicatief en een initiatiefnemer op vlak van verbeteringen.
  • Techniek is jouw passie en je bent leergierig om jezelf verder te ontplooien.
  • Je leest en spreekt vlot Nederlands.
