Misschien mis je het om jouw ervaring door te geven aan collega's die in vergelijkbare omgevingen werken. Wil je jouw operationele ervaring en expertise inzetten om anderen op te leiden en te trainen? Via Triangular Group zit je precies daar waar tactiek, geneeskunde en vakmanschap samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? Als instructeur binnen het tactisch-medisch domein leid je professionals op die opereren in hoog-risico omgevingen. Je werkt met ervaren collega-instructeurs en traint cursisten van onder andere politie, defensie, brandweer en medische diensten. Een werkweek bestaat uit trainingsdagen op locatie, voorbereiding van scenario's en evaluaties met opdrachtgevers en cursisten. - Je verzorgt opleidingen in tactisch-medisch handelen, waaronder NAEMT-geaccrediteerde trainingen - Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert trainingsscenario's die aansluiten op actuele dreigingen en praktijk - Je begeleidt en beoordeelt cursisten tijdens realistische simulaties - Je creëert veilige maar realiteitsgetrouwe oefenomstandigheden - Je evalueert trainingen en borgt leerdoelen en kwaliteit - Je anticipeert op de opleidingsdoelen en het niveau van de deelnemers - Je bewaakt de veiligheid van deelnemers en instructeurs tijdens trainingen Waar ga je werken?
