Ben je inspirerend en energiek? Wil jij kennis overdragen en leerlingen hun kwaliteiten laten ontdekken? Dan is deze baan misschien wat voor jou! Hoe ziet een dag als instructeur op de afdeling bouwen, wonen en interieur (bwi) eruit? Als instructeur assisteer je docenten bij praktijklessen in klas 3 en 4 van het vmbo. Ook help je met het voorbereiden van levensechte praktijkopdrachten. Bijvoorbeeld profielen stellen, muren metselen, HSB-wanden zetten, kapconstructies uitwerken en tegelen en stucen. Jij stuurt ook leerlingen aan en houdt toezicht op verschillende werkplekken tijdens technieklessen en technische activiteiten (o.a. bewaking veiligheid en bediening machines). Verder ben je betrokken bij gastlessen en bedrijfsbezoeken en houd je de praktijkruimte van de bwi-afdeling up-to-date Binnen deze afdeling kijken we verder dan vandaag. De bouw staat voor een enorme uitdaging, zoals het woningtekort. Daarom bieden we onze leerlingen niet alleen een stevige basis voor het werkveld, maar ook een blik op de innovatieve technieken die in de moderne bouwsector steeds belangrijke worden. Zo bereiden we hen voor op het werk van morgen.
