Wat ga je doen Als instructeur speel je een sleutelrol in de professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van studenten. Je begeleidt, motiveert en coacht hen tijdens praktijklessen en werkzaamheden in ons onderwijshotel. Daarnaast verzorg je theorielessen over diverse aspecten van gastvrijheid, horeca en hotelmanagement. Je beoordeelt prestaties, geeft constructieve feedback en zorgt ervoor dat lesmateriaal en praktijkopdrachten aansluiten bij de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Voorbereiden en verzorgen van praktijk- en theorielessen. - Ontwikkelen van leeractiviteiten en praktijkopdrachten, en afnemen van praktijkexamens. - Uitvoeren van operationele werkzaamheden binnen het onderwijshotel. Binnen deze vacature ligt de nadruk op Front Office, ontbijt en banqueting. - Signaleren van knelpunten en doen van verbetervoorstellen binnen de praktijkinstructie. Dit breng je mee - Vaardigheid in coachend begeleiden, instrueren en motiveren van studenten. - Gastgerichte en flexibele instelling - hospitality zit in jouw DNA. - Ervaring binnen de Front Office en/of banqueting is een pré. - Ervaring met reserveringssystemen zoals Protel Air, Zenchef, Booking.com of vergelijkbare software. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands; beheersing van een tweede taal is een pré. - Stressbestendigheid, gestructureerde werkwijze en oplossingsgericht denken. - Organisatorisch sterk en praktisch ingesteld. - Relevante mbo-opleiding niveau 4 in hospitality, events of horeca. - Bij voorkeur een instructeursdiploma niveau 4, of bereidheid dit ...
