Dit ga je doen Binnen PI Vught verzorgt de Instructeur Lichamelijke Opvoeding sport- en spelactiviteiten voor gedetineerden en medewerkers. Daarnaast train je collega's in mentale en fysieke weerbaarheid. Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving en in een team dat volop in ontwikkeling is? Dan maken we graag kennis. Als instructeur lichamelijke opvoeding binnen PI Vught heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin beweging centraal staat. Je verzorgt sport- en spelactiviteiten voor groepen en individuele gedetineerden en patiënten, in het kader van vormende activiteiten, vrijetijdsbesteding en recreatie. Je stimuleert en motiveert hen om actief deel te nemen aan deze activiteiten. Tijdens de lessen bewaak je de fysieke veiligheid, observeer je gedrag, inzet en motivatie en treed je waar nodig corrigerend op bij spanningen of gedragsontsporingen om escalatie te voorkomen. Je legt je bevindingen vast in de daarvoor bestemde systemen en werkt nauw samen met directe collega's en andere disciplines binnen de inrichting. Naast het werken met gedetineerden heb je oog voor de fysieke en mentale weerbaarheid van collega's. Je verzorgt trainingen fysieke weerbaarheid, waarin je collega's traint in zelfverdedigingstechnieken en het versterken van hun weerbaarheid. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor facilitaire ondersteuning, het beheer en de hygiëne van materialen en het bewaken van veiligheidsaspecten tijdens alle activiteiten.
