The posting

Inclusivo zoekt een gemotiveerde instructeur/instructrice om, samen met een team, kwetsbare (jong)volwassenen te ondersteunen in hun positie binnen de samenleving en op de arbeidsmarkt. Via methodieken zoals JoTa[1] versterk je de effectiviteit van begeleiding en activering.

  • Je begeleidt een groep van ongeveer 8 deelnemers.
  • Je plant, bereidt voor en geeft atelierwerking op een laagdrempelige manier met als doel hun draagkracht te vergroten en interesse in werk te wekken.
  • Je organiseert op termijn werkplekleren in een bedrijf, neemt actief deel en vervult de rol van ploegleider. Je leert arbeidscompetenties aan op de werkvloer.
  • Je overlegt dagelijks met de trajectbegeleider over de voortgang van de deelnemers en de te nemen stappen.
  • Je neemt deel aan diverse overlegmomenten.
  • Je reflecteert met de deelnemers en gebruikt de juiste tools voor observaties en evaluaties (zoals het trajectplan, TOCI).
  • Je detecteert arbeidsdrempels, maakt ze bespreekbaar en reikt handvaten aan om deelnemers hiermee om te leren gaan, afgestemd op hun context en mogelijkheden.
  • Je voert enkele administratieve taken uit.
  • Een diploma is geen vereiste. Je hebt ervaring binnen het bedrijfsleven en kunt de vereisten van een werkgever op een positieve manier overbrengen naar de deelnemers.
  • Je hebt een open houding en bent gemotiveerd om kwetsbare (jong)volwassenen te begeleiden en te leren werken volgens de methodieken van JoTa
  • Ervaring met atelierwerking en groepsbegeleiding is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan rust brengen bij de deelnemers.
  • Je bent een toonvoorbeeld van arbeidsattitudes.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met wijzigende taken.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen.
