Ben je gepassioneerd door techniek en voertuigen en wil je jouw kennis doorgeven aan anderen? Dan is deze functie als instructeur voertuigmechanica bij Defensie iets voor jou.

Jouw rol als instructeur

Je combineert technische kennis met lesgeven en speelt een sleutelrol in de opleiding van toekomstige techniekers.

  • Je geeft theorie- en praktijklessen voertuigmechanica aan cursisten met uiteenlopende achtergronden.
  • Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert cursus- en lesmateriaal.
  • Je werkt met unieke hightech apparatuur en voertuigen die je enkel binnen Defensie vindt.
  • Je kan de rol van klastitularis opnemen en begeleidt cursisten bij hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je volgt opleidingen en certificeringen om je technische en pedagogische kennis te versterken.
  • Je werkt samen met Nederlandstalige en Franstalige collega's en rapporteert aan de chef van de instructiecel.

Heb je nog geen lesgeefervaring? Geen probleem. Met een instructeursopleiding van drie weken in Sint-Truiden en begeleiding van ervaren collega's groei je stap voor stap uit tot volwaardig instructeur.

Hoe verloopt de selectie?

  3. Je doet een interview met gevalstudie bij FOD BOSA in Brussel

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in elektromechanica, mechanica, elektriciteit of elektronica zonder ervaring, of een ander bachelordiploma met minstens 1 jaar ervaring, of een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs met minstens 2 jaar nuttige ervaring
  • Je kan een elektrisch of mechanisch schema lezen en begrijpt de werking van een verbrandingsmotor
  • Je denkt creatief, werkt graag samen, bent resultaatgericht en blijft je ontwikkelen
