Employ International Recruitment Farmsum 40 uur Fulltime €4.357 - €5.000 per maand Werken in een kritische utilities plant betekent dat alles afhangt van nauwkeurige meting en controle. Voor onze klant zoeken we een Instrumentation Technician die ervoor zorgt dat systemen veilig, stabiel en betrouwbaar blijven. Je werkt in een dynamische industriële omgeving waar precisie en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan. Als Instrumentation Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en oplossen van storingen aan meet- en regelsystemen binnen een utilities plant. Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen snel worden verholpen en dat installaties veilig en efficiënt blijven draaien. Je werkt zowel aan preventief als correctief onderhoud en speelt een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van de continuïteit van de productie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan instrumentatie- en regelsystemen - Opsporen en oplossen van elektrische en instrumentatiefouten - Werken met systemen zoals Honeywell en Siemens PLC's - Kalibreren van instrumenten en uitvoeren van metingen (gas, zuurstof, thermokoppels) - Uitvoeren van seal testing en kalibratieactiviteiten - Afstellen, isoleren en loskoppelen van kleppen - Installeren van tijdelijke bypasses en overbruggingen - Signaleren en "punching" van technische issues voor opvolging - Toezicht houden op en begeleiden van contractors op locatie - Zorgen voor veilige werkuitvoering (Permit to Work, LMRA, ATEX) - Werk nauwkeurig rapporteren in SAP Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering en planning om onderhoudsuitvoering en plantbetrouwbaarheid continu te verbeteren. Je bent hands-on, veiligheidsgedreven en voelt je op je gemak in een complexe industriële omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid telt. - Een Red Seal in Electrical of Instrumentation Technician (of gelijkwaardig) - Meerdere jaren ervaring in een E&I onderhoudsomgeving - Ervaring met Honeywell systemen en Siemens PLC...
