The posting

Voor een grootschalig industrieel project in de Antwerpse haven zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Instrumentation Commissioning Supervisor. We zoeken specifiek een technisch sterke professional met een Bachelor of Master in Engineering en relevante ervaring binnen instrumentation en commissioning.

Jouw functie

Als Instrumentation Commissioning Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en technische opvolging van de commissioningactiviteiten binnen instrumentation.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Coördineren en superviseren van commissioningactiviteiten op de werf
  • Opvolgen van loop checks en functionele testen
  • Commissioning van field instrumentation zoals transmitters, control valves en switches
  • Controleren van werkzaamheden aan de hand van P&ID’s, loop diagrams, datasheets en technische specificaties
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen tijdens commissioning
  • Opvolgen van punch items, afwijkingen en openstaande werkzaamheden
  • Bewaken van interfaces met DCS/PLC en andere disciplines
  • Aansturen en technisch begeleiden van contractors en technicians
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden
  • Samenwerken met Engineering, Construction, Automation, Process en Operations
  • Voorbereiden van systemen en subsystemen voor start-up en handover
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in Engineering, bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek, Automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen Instrumentation & Control en commissioning
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de (petro)chemische, olie & gas- of zware procesindustrie
  • Je hebt goede kennis van field instrumentation, loop checks en functional testing
  • Je kunt vlot werken met P&ID’s, loop diagrams, datasheets en technische documentatie
  • Je hebt ervaring met transmitters, control valves en andere meet- en regelinstrumentatie
  • Kennis van DCS/PLC-systemen en ATEX is een sterke troef
  • Je bent in staat om contractors en technicians technisch aan te sturen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt
  • Een geldige Europese werkvergunning is noodzakelijk
