Kun jij het hoofd koel houden wanneer een schadegeval zich voordoet op de werf en alles snel en correct opgevolgd moet worden? Binnen een bouw- en infrastructuuromgeving zorg je voor de volledige afhandeling van verzekeringsdossiers, van registratie tot afronding. Je beheert schadeclaims rond bouwplaatsrisico’s, aansprakelijkheid en andere relevante polissen en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partijen. In overleg met verzekeraars en stakeholders bewaak je dossiers, analyseer je rapporten en geef je advies over optimalisaties. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opvolging en gestructureerde aanpak verlopen claims efficiënt en volgens de geldende afspraken.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Beheren en opvolgen van schadeclaims van A tot Z
  • Coördineren en communiceren met verzekeraars en betrokken partijen
  • Analyseren van polissen en adviseren op basis van rapporten en statistieken
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Kennis van verzekeringen en contracten is een plus
  • Vlot in Nederlands, met kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk
  • Zelfstandig en teamgericht kunnen werken
