Start dan als Intake Office Medewerker Flex bij Trubendorffer in Tilburg! Wat ga je doen? Als Intake Office medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze organisatie. Je voert telefonische pre-intakegesprekken met potentiële cliënten. Samen met een multidisciplinair team draag je bij aan een goede doorstroom van eerste contact tot behandeling. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je staat (potentiële) cliënten en verwijzers telefonisch te woord. - Je verstrekt informatie aan potentiële cliënten en relaties over het aanbod van de organisatie. - Je brengt de benodigde zorg van de potentiële cliënt in kaart. - Je beoordeelt de plaatsingsmogelijkheden binnen de organisatie en adviseert de cliënt hierover. - Je controleert binnengekomen verwijsbrieven. - Je converteert leads naar intakes. - Je meldt cliënten aan bij ketenpartners, stemt met ketenpartners af over de (na)zorg op basis van vastgestelde afspraken. - Je voert diverse administratieve- en planningswerkzaamheden uit in verschillende systemen. Wie zijn wij? Trubendorffer is dé specialist op het gebied van innovatieve ambulante verslavingszorg. We bieden intensieve ambulante behandelingen bij verslaving en dubbele diagnose. Jaarlijks helpen wij meer dan 1500 cliënten. Om dit te realiseren zetten meer dan 200 medewerkers zich dagelijks in op onze behandellocaties in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Tilburg, Nijmegen, Den Haag, Den Bosch en Maastricht. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken op afdeling Customer Care op onze locatie in Tilburg. Wij staan 7 dagen per week voor onze cliënten klaar.
