Samen met jou maken we direct het verschil bij het team Helmond Noord en Binnenstad. Je lost als Intaker een cruciaal probleem op: je voorkomt lange wachttijden en onzekerheid bij inwoners door direct aan de voorkant het proces in goede banen te leiden. Naar aanleiding van een melding ben jij degene die het eerste persoonlijke gesprek met de inwoner plant. Tijdens deze intake vraag je accuraat gegevens uit, beoordeel je de situatie en maak je een haarscherpe inschatting of er recht is op een uitkering. Is dat het geval? Dan zorg jij voor een soepele, complete overdracht van de aanvraag aan de afdeling SU Toegang voor de verdere behandeling. Deze opdracht start zo spoedig mogelijk, loopt tot 1 januari 2027 (in eerste instantie voor 3 maanden met tweemaal 6 maanden optie tot verlenging). We zoeken iemand die fulltime of voor een stevige parttime invulling op locatie in Helmond aan de slag wil (maximaal één thuiswerkdag is mogelijk bij een inzet vanaf 32 uur). Functie-eisen - Met jouw empathische en luisterende houding weet je inwoners direct op hun gemak te stellen tijdens jullie eerste persoonlijke gesprek. - Dankzij jouw analytische blik weet jij de (financiële) situatie van de inwoner zo compleet mogelijk in kaart te brengen en de juiste gegevens boven tafel te krijgen. - Met jouw actuele en brede kennis van de participatiewet en uitkeringen maak jij trefzeker en rechtmatig de juiste inschatting over het recht op ondersteuning. - Door jouw secure en complete verslaglegging is...
