Op de Maasvlakte lopen engineering, inkoop, civiel werk, E&I, logistiek en commissioning tegelijk. Een verschuiving in één discipline werkt direct door in de rest van de keten. Jij zit daar precies tussenin. Als Integraal Planner Infra Civiel zorg je dat het 2GW project bestuurbaar blijft met één integrale planning die klopt, uitlegbaar is en elke week actueel blijft. Je maakt afhankelijkheden zichtbaar, brengt scenario's in beeld en helpt het team kiezen op basis van feiten. Zo ontstaat rust, voorspelbaarheid en grip in een omgeving waar de druk hoog is en de impact groot. In deze rol vertaal je de projectstrategie naar een realistische tijdlijn over alle fasen heen, van planvorming tot uitvoering en oplevering. Je bouwt een integrale planning in Primavera P6 en verbindt die met de dagelijkse werkelijkheid op het project. Je gebruikt LEAN planning om de flow te verbeteren en legt vast welke keuzes, aannames en raakvlakken de planning dragen. Je zet planning om in stuurinformatie met kritieke pad analyses, S-curves en scenario's, zodat toenemen, onderbouw je risico's met bijvoorbeeld Monte Carlo en maak je projectmanagement en disciplines tijdig kunnen bijsturen. Waar onzekerheden beheersmaatregelen concreet. Je werkzaamheden - Opstellen en beheren van de integrale projectplanning waarin alle disciplines en projectfasen samenkomen. - Doorrekenen van scenario's en bewaken van het kritieke pad met Primavera P6 en OPC. - Afstemmen en beheersen van raakvlakken tussen engineering, inkoop, civiel, E&I, logistiek en commissioning. - Toepassen van LEAN plann...
