Functie Als integraal schuldhulpverlener ondersteun je inwoners van de gemeenten Deventer en Olst-Wijhe bij financiële problemen en werk je samen met hen aan duurzame oplossingen. Je voert intakes uit, brengt de financiële situatie zorgvuldig in kaart en maakt samen met de inwoner een duidelijk en haalbaar plan van aanpak. Je draait indien nodig mee in Geldfit-spreekuren, werkt volgens de principes van stress-sensitieve dienstverlening en houdt rekening met wat iemand aankan. Je onderzoekt de oorzaken van schulden, adviseert over mogelijkheden en begeleidt trajecten zoals MSNP en WSNP. Bij crisissituaties handel je direct en schakel je waar nodig met andere organisaties. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Uitvoeren van intakes en het opstellen van plan van aanpak. - Zorgvuldig in kaart brengen van de financiële situatie van inwoners. - Begeleiden van trajecten (o.a. MSNP, WSNP) en adviseren over oplossingen. - Draaien van Geldfit-spreekuren indien nodig. - Werken volgens stress-sensitieve dienstverlening en afstemmen op draagkracht van de inwoner. - Direct handelen bij crisissituaties en samenwerken met relevante organisaties. - Deelname aan reguliere werkoverleggen en uitvoering van dagelijkse werkzaamheden onder inhoudelijke aansturing. Vereisten (knock-outcriteria) - Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar binnen de schuldhulpverlening. - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau. - Aantoonbare kennis van de gedragscode schuldregeling NVVK (vermelding duidelijk in het cv). - Persoonlijke motivatie : de kandidaat stelt zich voor in een korte persoonlijke motivatie, geschreven door de kandidaat zelf, en motiveert waarom hij/zij geschikt is voor deze opdracht. - Hybride werken is optioneel; in de eerste 3 maanden is aanwezigheid op kantoor vereist.
