Ben jij een resultaatgerichte 'integratie expert' die goesting heeft om de uitdagende projecten van A tot Z te begeleiden? Dan zijn wij bij GTT Automotive op zoek naar jou!

In jouw rol neem je de leiding in de transitie van ons huidig systeem naar een nieuw platform. Je bent de spil tussen interne teams, externe teams en leveranciers. Je combineert projectmanagement met procesanalyse, operations-beheer en continue verbetering. Je zorgt dat onze dealers de meerwaarde ervaren via ons portaal en dat onze interne organistie vlot en veilig blijft draaien.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Project- & veranderbeheer: End-to-end IT-transitie plannen, aansturen en opleveren Stakeholder- en leveranciersmanagement: afstemmen met interne teams, externe partners en vendors Opstellen van projectplannen, scope, risico's, budget en timing. Opvolging via duidelijke rapportage.
  • Analyse processen & GAP-detectie Business- en IT-processen analyseren, knelpunten en gaps identificeren. Procesverbetering uitwerken en borgen
  • Operations & apllicaties Nieuwe FVL-klanten opzetten en onboarden in onze systemen Programma's en interfaces fine-tunen Incidenten/changes opvolgen in ons ticketingsysteem
  • Infrastructuur & beveiliging Beheer van hardware-omgevingen (servers, endpoints, netwerk in samenwerking met infra-partners Beheer Camera-systemen in overleg met Security/Facility
  • Dealer- & portaal waarde commercieel aanspreekpunt voor dealers inzake portaalfunctionaliteiten dealers proactief contacteren en feedback vertalen naar verbeterpunten
  • Procurement & tenders Factory Procurement onderstuenen (selectie, evaluatie en onboarding van leveranciers) Tenderopvolging, contract afspraken en SLA's mee bewaken
  • aantoonbare ervaring met systeemtransities/migraties en changemanagement
  • Sterk in procesmodellering en gap-analyse
  • Ervaring in ITIL- of lean/continuous improvement-praktijken is een plus
  • Bekend met ticketingtools (bv, Devops, Jira, Service Now), rappportering dashboard en basiskennis SQL of BI-tools is welkom
  • Noties van infrastructuur/hardware en camerasystemen zijn een troef, Je kan met technische partners schakelen
