Smart Connections Bouw aan de toekomst van CRM, data en marketing Ben jij een developer die niet alleen graag bouwt, maar ook graag ontdekt wat er technisch allemaal mogelijk is? Krijg jij energie van nieuwe technologie, experimenteren en het bedenken van nieuwe toepassingen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Bij Smart Connections ontwikkelen we ons eigen Smart CRM & Marketing Platform (SMP). Daarmee helpen we maatschappelijke organisaties zoals bibliotheken, theaters, culturele instellingen en goede doelen om slimmer met CRM, data en marketing om te gaan. Als Integration Developer werk je vooral aan de backend van ons platform en aan nieuwe technologische toepassingen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan integraties met AI-agents en AI-tools, machine learning modellen en social-mediaplatformen. Je krijgt de ruimte om nieuwe technologie te onderzoeken, uit te proberen en te vertalen naar oplossingen die daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegen voor onze klanten. Waarom werken bij Smart Connections? Wij zijn geen traditioneel softwarebedrijf en ook geen standaard consultancybureau. Strategie, data, marketing en techniek komen bij ons samen. Daardoor werk je samen met consultants, dataspecialisten, marketeers en developers aan één gezamenlijk doel: maatschappelijke organisaties helpen om relevanter en waardevoller te worden voor hun doelgroepen. Onze klanten zijn onder andere bibliotheken, theaters, musea, culturele instellingen en goede doelen. Inmiddels werken meer dan negentig organisaties dagelijks met ons platform en helpen wij hen met CRM, data, marketingautomatisering en inzichten. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. We geloven in vertrouwen, samenwerken en iedere dag een beetje beter worden.
