- Intensief ambulant hulpverlener... Lelie zorggroep zoekt een Intensief ambulant hulpverlener begeleid bezoek Rotterdam Zo ziet jouw nieuwe baan eruit In nauwe samenwerking met de gezinsvoogd zorg jij ervoor dat de begeleide bezoeken tussen kind(eren) en ouder(s) goed verlopen. Deze bezoeken zijn vaak (tijdelijk) het enige contactmoment en zijn bedoeld om de band te behouden of te versterken. Samen met de gezinsvoogd, ouder(s) en kind(eren) stel je doelen op waar tijdens het bezoek aan gewerkt wordt. Jij stimuleert een positief, ontspannen en prettig contact tussen ouder en kind. Indien nodig grijp je in tijdens het bezoek, waarbij het belang van het kind altijd voorop staat. Ook verzorg je, waar nodig, het vervoer van het kind vóór en/of na het bezoek. Je komt terecht in team Rotterdam : een deskundig, warm en betrokken team met ruime ervaring in omgang en toezicht bij het opbouwen, onderhouden en herstellen van ouder-kindrelaties. Binnen Agathos hulpverlening werken we nauw samen met collega's en externe partners om de best mogelijke ondersteuning te bieden. Het betreft een dienstverband van minimaal 20 tot 26 uur per week. Meer uren zijn bespreekbaar, dus geef vooral aan wat jouw voorkeur is. Dit verwachten wij van jou - Je hebt minimaal een hbo-diploma Social Work of een vergelijkbaar diploma. - Je bent bij voorkeur geregistreerd in het Kwaliteitsregister Jeugd (SKJ), of bent bereid dit te doen. - Volg je momenteel de opleiding Social Work en heb je je derdejaarsstage afgerond? Ook dan nodigen we je uit om te solliciteren. - Je hebt affiniteit met en ervaring in het werken met gezinnen, bij voorkeur met kennis van de sociale kaart van de regio. - Je werkdag is in ieder geval op woensdag. - Eigen vervoer (auto) is vereist. - Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je onze missie en visie onderschrijft, jij herkent je in de christelijke identiteit van onze organisatie en leeft en werkt vanuit deze overtuiging.
