Als groot regionaal ziekenhuis én topklinisch centrum vervullen we een belangrijke regionale functie binnen de intensieve zorg. Dankzij de combinatie van basiszorg, hoogcomplexe zorg en bovenregionale expertise lever je iedere dienst intensieve zorg met impact. Vanwege tijdelijke vervanging zoekt de vakgroep Intensivisten een waarnemend Intensivist vanaf september 2026 voor een periode van tenminste 6 maanden. Samen met het IC team streef je naar optimale patiëntenzorg en een uitstekende dienstverlening aan familie, medebehandelaars, interne en externe verwijzers. En verder verricht jij onderstaande werkzaamheden: - Je coördineert de dagelijkse patiëntenzorg en logistiek op de afdeling, in nauwe samenwerking met de coördinerend IC-verpleegkundige; - Je verricht consultieve taken op de verpleegafdelingen (het CIV/SIT team) en SEH; - Je bent betrokken bij traumaopvang, het reanimatieteam en het acute PCI team; - Je verzorgt onderwijs en multidisciplinaire trainingen voor artsen, arts-assistenten en verpleegkundigen; - Je draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering en innovatie binnen de intensieve zorg. De afdeling en je collega's Het STZ ziekenhuis VieCuri heeft een level II IC op locatie Venlo met 10 tot 14 operationele IC bedden voor hoog complexe IC-zorg met (invasieve) beademing en ook MC-zorg. De Intensive Care van VieCuri is een state-of-the-art ruim opgezette afdeling en onderdeel van sector beschouwend. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne apparatuur voor geavanceerde beademing, hemodynamische ondersteuning en post-reanimatiezorg. Wij werken uiteraard mee aan allerlei kwaliteitsinit...
