Als stagiair(e) HRM ga je aan de slag bij onze afdeling die werkt voor klanten in het onderwijs. Binnen deze afdeling werk je mee binnen het team dat zich bezighoudt met de werving, inzet en planning van surveillanten binnen het mbo, hbo en universiteit. Je komt te werken in een team van enthousiaste intercedenten en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat er altijd op tijd een surveillant klaar staat, bijvoorbeeld bij toets- en examenweken. Je gaat in deze stage kennismaken met verschillende aspecten van het werk als intercedent. Je kunt hierbij denken aan: - Het inplannen van surveillanten voor diverse onderwijsinstellingen; - Administratieve ondersteuning; - Vragen van medewerkers en klanten beantwoorden via de mail of telefoon; - Je draagt bij aan de tevredenheid van de flexibele medewerkers door jouw actieve bijdrage aan onze HR-cyclus; - De mogelijkheid tot het voeren van selectiegesprekken met kandidaten. - Je komt te werken op ons mooie kantoor in Helmond. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Het volgen van een relevante mbo-4 of hbo opleiding, bijv.
