Weet jij hoe je buschauffeurs vindt, begeleidt en op de juiste plek krijgt? Dan hebben wij een mooie plek voor je bij Allroad. Allroad is marktleider in het werven en opleiden van buschauffeurs. Dagelijks zorgen we ervoor dat mensen worden opgeleid tot buschauffeur en vervolgens aan de slag gaan bij vervoerders door heel Nederland. Voor ons OV-team zoeken we een Junior Intercedent Openbaar Vervoer die energie krijgt van mensen, het OV kent en graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt. Wat ga je doen? Als Intercedent OV ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze buschauffeurs, kandidaten en vervoerders. Je begeleidt kandidaten vanaf het eerste contact en zorgt ervoor dat zij uiteindelijk goed voorbereid en op de juiste plek bij een vervoerder terechtkomen. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn er. De uitdaging zit voor jou vooral in het vinden van de juiste mensen, het goed begeleiden van onze chauffeurs en het verder uitbouwen van onze dienstverlening bij bestaande vervoerders. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het werven en selecteren van ervaren én aankomende buschauffeurs; - Het voeren van intake- en sollicitatiegesprekken; - Het begeleiden van kandidaten richting een opleiding en baan als buschauffeur; - Het onderhouden van persoonlijk contact met onze chauffeurs; - Het afstemmen van personeelsbehoeften met onze bestaande OV-opdrachtgevers; - Het zorgen voor een goede match tussen chauffeur, standplaats en vervoerder; - Het begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het gehele traject; - Het bewaken van de voortgang van opleidingen, plaatsingen en inzet; - Het oplossen van problemen en snel schakelen wanneer de praktijk daarom vraagt; - Het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van relaties met onze vervoerders; - Het signaleren van kansen om onze dienstverlening bij bestaande opdrachtgever...
