Jij maakt nieuwe klantrelaties en bouwt deze uit tot langdurige samenwerkingen. Je helpt kandidaten aan een baan en begeleidt medewerkers in hun carrière. Dit doe je door de hele week in contact te staan met je klanten en kandidaten, zowel telefonisch, digitaal als fysiek. Vanuit deze gesprekken ontstaan kansen die jij direct oppakt en ombuigt naar succes. Bij ons draait alles om groei. Groei voor onze kandidaten, medewerkers, klanten én voor jou.
