Functieomschrijving Als intercedent ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van uitzendkrachten en vaste medewerkers voor onze opdrachtgever in uiteenlopende branches. Daarbij ga je actief op zoek naar kandidaten, beoordeel je CV's, heb je contact met onze klanten en voer je intakegesprekken. Kortom een zeer uitdagende en afwisselende functie. Functie-eisen - HBO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring - Woonachtig binnen een straal van 25 km vanaf Vught - Communicatief vaardig, sociaal, snel kunnen schakelen en enthousiast Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wij bieden uitstekende primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
