Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in een enthousiast team. In jouw rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om te groeien. Je werkt samen met recruiters aan succesvolle plaatsingen en bouwt relaties op met klanten en kandidaten. Jouw dag is altijd afwisselend. Je begint met het benaderen van nieuwe klanten en onderhoudt contact met bestaande relaties. Je signaleert kansen, schrijft vacatureteksten en maakt de juiste match tussen kandidaat en opdrachtgever. Daarnaast begeleid je flexkrachten en stel je contracten op. Je werkt commercieel en denkt altijd in kansen. Dit is de baan als je energie krijgt van mensen helpen aan werk en bedrijven helpen groeien. Je leert veel en krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
