- Veghel - Fulltime - 3000 Intercedent De dag begint op een inhouse locatie in Venlo en Geleen. Een nieuwe uitzendkracht heeft een vraag over de onboarding, terwijl er later die ochtend een overleg met de klant gepland staat over de forecast en personeelsbezetting. Jij schakelt tussen beide, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat afspraken worden opgevolgd. Als Intercedent combineer je contact met mensen, administratie en commerciële verantwoordelijkheid in één veelzijdige functie. Als Intercedent ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een team uitzendkrachten en tegelijkertijd een belangrijke schakel richting de klant. Je staat dicht bij de dagelijkse operatie, maar kijkt ook vooruit. Samen met collega's bespreek je onder andere forecasts, doelstellingen en poolmanagement. Zo weet je wat er speelt en kun je tijdig inspelen op veranderingen in de personeelsbehoefte. Ook voor de uitzendkrachten ben je zichtbaar en bereikbaar. Je begeleidt de onboarding, beantwoordt vragen en houdt contact over hoe het met hen gaat. Daarbij heb je aandacht voor hun verwachte verblijfduur en ambities. Signaleer je iets waarop actie nodig is? Dan pak je dit op en stuur je bij waar nodig. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de administratie klopt. Verlof, verzuim en uitdiensttredingen worden zorgvuldig door jou verwerkt, zodat de wekelijkse verloning goed kan verlopen. Tegelijkertijd kijk je kritisch naar bestaande processen. Zie jij een mogelijkheid om iets slimmer of efficiënter te organiseren, dan vertaal je die kans naar een concrete oplossing en neem je het initiatief om ermee aan de slag te gaan.
