Over de functie Als intercedent ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor zowel kandidaten als klanten. Je weet kansen te signaleren, relaties op te bouwen en de juiste match te maken. Dankzij jouw energie, commerciële instelling en organisatietalent loopt het recruitmentproces van A tot Z soepel. Wat ga je doen? - Actief werven en benaderen van kandidaten via diverse kanalen; - Opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties; - Schrijven en publiceren van aantrekkelijke vacatures; - Voeren van intakegesprekken en begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het gehele traject; - Coördineren van het volledige recruitmentproces, van eerste kennismaking tot plaatsing en nazorg; - Samenwerken met collega's om doelstellingen te behalen en successen te vieren; - Bijdragen aan de verdere groei en zichtbaarheid van TRIXXO in de regio Venlo. Over het bedrijf TRIXXO groeit en daarom zijn we altijd op zoek naar nieuw talent. TRIXXO werd in 2014 opgericht in België en breidde in 2021 uit naar Nederland. Sindsdien groeien we hard, met meerdere succesvolle vestigingen door het land. Onze ambitie is duidelijk: uitgroeien tot de grootste speler in de markt. En dat doen we samen.
