Zoek jij een afwisselende baan waarin je echt het verschil maakt voor werkzoekenden en bedrijven in de regio? Op onze vestiging in Utrecht ga je aan de slag als intercedent bij team Amersfoort voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Jij zorgt voor de juiste matches, leert snel wat bedrijven nodig hebben en krijgt energie van contact met veel verschillende mensen. Je komt te werken in een hecht, energiek team waar informele werksfeer en goede samenwerking vooropstaan. Vanaf dag één krijg je veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid, ondersteund door waardevolle trainingen op de YoungCapital Academy. Een laptop en smartphone van de zaak staan meteen voor je klaar. Jouw werk als intercedent : - Actief werven en selecteren van kandidaten voor uiteenlopende functies; - Voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten bij opdrachtgevers; - Onderhouden van contact met bedrijven in de regio en meedenken over hun personeelsaanvragen; - Begeleiden van geplaatste krachten (van de eerste werkdag tot vragen over planning en voortgang); - Deelnemen aan leerzame trainingen en workshops op het hoofdkantoor. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een enthousiaste doorzetter die makkelijk op anderen afstapt en het overzicht bewaart. - Minimaal mbo-4 of hbo werk- en denkniveau; - In het bezit van een rijbewijs B; - Vlot in de omgang en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Woonachtig in (de regio) Utrecht en voor 32 tot 40 uur per week inzetbaar.
