Bij FlexVisie in Zwolle combineer je sales met recruitment. Je haalt nieuwe klanten binnen, bouwt relaties op en vindt de juiste kandidaten voor hun vacatures. Van het eerste telefoontje tot een succesvolle eerste werkdag: jij bent betrokken. Veel afwisseling, eigen initiatief en volop kansen om resultaat te boeken. Functieomschrijving Als intercedent bij FlexVisie ben je accountmanager en recruiter in één. Je stapt makkelijk op bedrijven af, ontdekt waar ze versterking nodig hebben en laat zien wat FlexVisie voor ze kan betekenen. Je legt nieuwe contacten, gaat op klantbezoek en bouwt bestaande samenwerkingen verder uit. Maar bij een mooie klantafspraak houdt het voor jou niet op. Jij zoekt ook de mensen die bij die klant passen. Je werft kandidaten, voert intakegesprekken en kijkt verder dan een cv. Wat kan iemand? Wat zoekt diegene? En bij welk bedrijf komt dat samen? Je brengt klant en kandidaat bij elkaar, regelt wat nodig is voor een goede start en houdt daarna contact. Zo bouw je aan relaties waar je allebei verder mee komt. Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Na de koffie met je collega's bel je een bedrijf dat je graag als klant wilt binnenhalen. Je vraagt door, ontdekt een personeelsvraag en plant een kennismaking in. Daarna spreek je een kandidaat die perfect zou kunnen passen bij een vacature van een bestaande klant. Even schakelen, voorstellen en doorpakken. 's Middags ga je op klantbezoek, zoek je nieuwe kandidaten en bel je een medewerker die net is gestart. Tussendoor verandert er iets in de planning. Jij houdt je hoofd koel en regelt het. En lukt het om een nieuwe klant binnen te halen of een mooie match te maken? Dat vieren we samen.
