Je houdt van aanpakken, schakelt makkelijk en hebt oog voor de persoon achter het cv. Functieomschrijving Een kandidaat zoekt een nieuwe start. Een klant heeft dringend versterking nodig. Jij brengt ze bij elkaar. Dat begint met goed luisteren: wat kan iemand, waar krijgt diegene energie van en wat heeft een bedrijf écht nodig? Je voert intakegesprekken, bespreekt vacatures en regelt wat nodig is om iemand aan het werk te helpen. Ook daarna blijf je betrokken. Zit je kandidaat op de goede plek? Is de klant tevreden? Jij houdt contact en pakt het op als er iets speelt. Je dag begint met koffie, je collega's en een blik op de planning. Daarna komt de telefoon al snel in actie. Een kennismaking, een nieuwe vacature, een wijziging waar je even op moet inspelen: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Tussendoor is er natuurlijk tijd om samen te lachen én een geslaagde match te vieren. Wie ben jij? - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau. - Interesse in mensen: je luistert goed en legt makkelijk contact. - Een aanpakkersmentaliteit en doorzettingsvermogen. - Commercieel gevoel: je herkent kansen voor kandidaten én klanten. - Overzicht, ook als de planning ineens verandert. - Een duidelijke, directe manier van communiceren. - Ervaring in de uitzendbranche is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
